Each barrier wall or enclosure is unique and therefore requires a discussion about the various components and options available before a quote can be presented. Some of the specifics to keep in mind when asking for a quote are the type of environment this guard will be used and what type of aesthetics you require in this installation. A fully sealed enclosure or wall will be priced quite a bit more than a frame with a wire mesh.

Unique Features

The CLAD Industries Automation Guard Wall has some unique features not found in our competitors products. With our knowledge and experience installing robot guard walls in laboratories and vivariums, understand what is required in clean environments. All of the openings on the frame are either covered or  sealed. The top of every post is capped to help prevent contamination entering the inside of the extrusion. Floor anchoring is accomplished with stainless steel expansion anchors and each floor attach point is covered with a proprietary cover that is sealed to the floor and post to prevent contaminates.

Installation

Each wall panel is pre-fabricated at our facility. Because of this, we have cut installation time significantly. A 60 foot perimeter usually takes between 1 and 3 days for complete turnaround.

The Automation Guard Walls are custom designed for your needs. There are too many options to list them all, but they  include: anodized aluminum, stainless steel, various barriers including wire, both scratch and shatter resistant polycarbonate, acrylic or glass.
